edc [everyday carry] shaved my wife

My hook has held up really nicely.

I've had my keys/chain slip through benches and tried getting up. With past regular key rings and shit, they've snapped/unraveled. The hook so far, has only sliiiightly been pulled out. But with my survivalist man-hands, I pinched it back and it's back to normal. It only pulled out half a cm. or so.

so flashlight question.

looking for a light for my bicycle. a friend of mine uses this fenix ld20

https://www.fenix-store.com/product_info.php?products_id=362.

so is this a decent light for the price, or could anyone recommend a better one. something similar or if any cyclists have any recomendations.

if it matters ill be using these twofish bolts to attach it to my bike

I had the same dilemma and I opted for the Fenix lights since they offered a 90 lumens setting that would last 2-3hours (which was about the length of my rides both ways). I also needed a EDC sized light...

If you want a committed light and size isn't too much of a concern then I am no help but if you still want to carry it on you, I would propose one of the Fenix lights solely based on it's 90 lumens setting.

For >$85, might as well get a dedicated light. I personally wouldn't carry a block around as well, rather have a rechargeable light with a better and more visible beam pattern than that strap on job.

If you need to see, get a rechargable like a Light and Motion. If you just need to be seen, just grab a multi-LED that you like the. AA's w/ proper bike visibility lights last a lot of hours, like, months. Pack lights last 4-8 hours on high, which should be 2-3 weeks.

I'd personally rather carry a very little flashlight that I only need to use periodically than an everyday torch to try and light my ride home with and bring my bike light with my daily bag.

The concept is good, especially since wooden/bamboo chopsticks are quite wasteful, but I really dislike anything other than wooden chopsticks because they grip better. Even at restaurants that provide plastic ones, I ask for wooden. Also the price is a little unattractive to me, as we buy packs of like a hundred chopsticks for a couple bucks. (use chopsticks just as much as forks concept)

I wont lie though, retractable chopsticks are pretty damn nifty.
