how i shipped beer last swap -- wrapped it in newspaper, and put it in a ziplock bag with packing peanuts, then put that ziplock bag into a food saver bag with more newspaper/packing peanuts. double bagged so that if it shatters in the ziplock, the sealed foodsaver will catch the glass and liquid.

oh yeah, and pack it so that it can withstand a 3-5 foot drop
