great thread. this is max; he died just before xmas '08. photo was taken a few months before he went. cliche and has been said a million times; but he really was my best friend and was always there when no one else was. i regret more than anything treating him badly when i was a kid and i miss him everyday. i hope to get another dog eventually but nothing will replace him.

edit: even though its been like two years, i can't really talk about him in person without getting upset. i think it was because i never got to say goodbye. surprisingly this post was kinda hard to type , give your dogs a pat for me!
