Hmm, looks good though regardless. I'm curious as to how crabs head tastes like..

After tasting Eel, I started eating Unagi/Kabayaki-Don.. Tastes like sardines for some reason..

you are the first person i've ever talked 2 who has ever compared unagi to that of sardines. unless the unagi you ate was canned, but you said "kabayaki," so i assume not.

It was at a local restaurant near my house, they actually prepare the foods quite well. The Eel just had this flavor that reminded me of sardines, not that it tasted entirely like them.
