I know there's a what are you eating today/craving today thread, but i thought I'd show my appreciation to all the tasty ass food out there.. What type of international cuisine do you like? Also share some recipes if you have any.

Tg, I recommend if you enjoy Jerk Chicken to go to the country side of Jamaica. You will honestly get the best Jerk Chicken you've ever tasted, spicy as hell though.

The Jerk Chicken served here in the western world are nothing compared to the country side Jerk Chicken..

I'm not surprised, England does have a lot of Jamaican eateries due to the huge number of Jamaicans who emigrated there in the late 70's early 80's.

There are very few places that actually cook really nice jamaican dishes though which is real unfortunate. If you like the west indian cuisine, I suggest you try this:
