Not all Navy. Only about 75 pages of Navy stuff. It's mostly workwear. There's a nice variety of articles in this issue. Too bad I can't read anything

thanks for posting that link, Fardin, and for keeping this thread going...

I like the Billiken Man stuff, makes me smile.

I'll post some evo pics of my Kato fisherman's shirt and Real McCoy WWII jacket that I originally posted here about a year ago...

X-post from evo...these aren't strictly vintage, since they still make them, but if you found a vintage pair they'd probably be identical

Some years, some washes, zero repairs needed. These things are putting my Samurais out of work.

They've been camping, hiking, hitchhiking, swimming, roofing, and spent a lot of time in the mechanics' pit at the bike shop.

Thought you fellas might get a kick out of this.

It's a 1941 article from Popular Science about army gear, with pics.

Just going through some old posts, but when I clicked this link and scrolled down it shows how to make a molotov cocktail. I don't think that would make print anymore these days.

Wandering around one of my favourite vintage shops this lunchtime, I couldn't resist this. The fabric is so beautifully crude.Definitely fits in with the current MF/LVC maritime tip. Check out the internal pockets. NO idea if I over-paid - it was $45.
