Offhand, i know Visvim, Nom de Guerre, Comme des Garcons, Opening Ceremony, Sophnet, APC and a number of perfumers all make candles.

Gotta be something to it, anyone ever try these designer candles?

Has anyone tried the Malin+Goetz candles?

apc ones are the only candles I buy, and cost about $30. i prefer the bougie cologne scented. my friend in the restaurant industry swears by them for his bathrooms.

Seconded. Have you noticed that the air gets thick when you use it though? I don't know how to describe it, but it doesn't burn like other candles do...

diptyque and comme both burn pretty quick

cire trudon burns slow but isn't very fragrant, at least the balmoral I tried

I've found the vetiver one to be very smokey, but can't say I've noticed the same with the cannabis one.

Burned through the bear candle from Patch NYC, pretty good burn time and not too overpowering.  Not bad for the price either.

Need to try Diptyque or Le Labo next I think.

I'm a big fan of Carriere Freres, in particular their melon and Chinese lychee scents. They're made by Cire Trudon, but without the Cire Trudon price tag.
