How do the rep power values and the rep points values correspond to eachother? 600+ rep points and I only have 7 rep power?

For the most part, it seems to just be rep points rounded to nearest 100, divided by 100. Although you're right in that there are definitely more factors cause I see some people with dark tips and a rep power of zero...but they have "low" posts (e.g. less than 50), so that could be it?
