Samurai Jeans

Recommended Posts

^the denim of the two is VERY different, in look, hand, and weight. the 0500s rise is noticeably higher too, and yeah, the smaller leg opening too

^id personally take vx denim over the texas denim, but thats really because i have this thing about heavier jeans. if the two were the same weight, i dont know, itd be a damn tough call

BiG shows the s710bk with black coated donut buttons:

ren_47c1c2eb562355000bk_fly_web.jpg

and take5 shows them with the silver sunrise buttons:

S710BK%2019OZ%20%282%29.JPG

Is this just because the jeans haven't come to production yet? Is there any way to know which one the final product will have before it hits the shelves?

The second picture looks like it's from the s710xx indigo..

pic is from here

stitching is also yellow vs. black, the tag definitely says "BK"

could it be that BiG is using photos from the 5000bk?

Or maybe Samurai just made a different run for USA since they won't have the arcs/tabs shit.

pretty positive this is it. the 710bks havent come in. those detail shots.. like the one with the donut buttons up there^ im pretty sure are just shots of 5000bks, but they get the point across. i dont think BiG (or any other store) has these lying around to take snap shots of yet.

Samurai is the SHIT!!!! Nogami-Sama is the DENIM MASTER!!!!!

…Anyway, I don't think Sugarcane makes a pair thats over 14oz. for under $200. So I think Samurai is actually priced similar to every other jean company except for the ones already mentioned like 45rpm. I mean they have such a large extensive range, even larger than Denime (I could be wrong). The JIN denim is just so unique and they use that denim for like 6 different items.

Best combination of FITxDURABILITYxDENIMxBAD-ASS-ATTITUDE = SAMURAI JEANS.

I'm about to pull the trigger on some Samurai's, I want the S0500XX ones, that are on BiG here...

http://blueingreensoho.com/site/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=26&category_id=14&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=28

However, I'm going to order them via a Japan proxy because I want the arcs and tabs, and I'm wondering if the ones sold on 2nd are made with the same texas cotton as the ones BiG sells. There is only one pair that I could find in the 2nd shop in the 0500 cut, and they are these...

http://209.85.135.104/translate_c?hl=en&langpair=ja%7Cen&u=http://item.rakuten.co.jp/2nd/sj-s0500xx/

Which are the ones I would order. My question is are the ones that I linked from 2nd made with the same texas cotton?

FECHCKCHKHKKKk Jins!! AH. I'm so torn between making my next purchase a pair of Jins or 5000vx's! 17 ounce denim ftw. I just kinda wish the Jins were a little slimmer...just a tad (i.e. 0500).

LOL..denim wise - I really think the 17 oz left hand twill is more beautiful....also - I don't think they are a lot looser..

Jin cut - zero details ( denim plus arcs...)
