I'm pretty sure it's not real, partly from the image name - camel spider fly tying. I think it's a couple (at least) of insects/arachnids tied together.

the camel spider is real, maybe not that particular picture, but they do exist. they do have 10 legs (different from typical arachnids) because they are apart of a subgroup of spiders called solifugae. now that that's cleared up.
