ha, I don't know if that's a good thing or not.

This kid is pretty funny though, he's been sending me PMs.

His explanation is this: he didn't want to ship them to germany and spend money as a return, so he is instead, you know, selling them here instead.

...because he wanted to return them, as they were in such shitty condition...and yet, his listing stated them to be in perfect condition, etc etc.

So now I guess he's keeping them? Also still not paying for them? Which of course, doesn't mean he's a scammer, according to him.

Jesus the kids on this board get dumber and dumber every time.

U idiot let advancedart have a say in this since you clearly do not know wtf is giong on. .. and since i bought it from him

I havent received a refund yet because i havent sent the jeans back since its a weekend.

And what part of "i wanted to cancel the dispute contingent on a guaranteed buyer in the CON-US" dont you get. Now that paypal favored me in the dispute ill have to send em back.

honestly, would you rather spend $65 just sending the jeans back to Germany where advancedart lives....or flip em to someone in the CON US so you can make your loss back??

so stop twisting the fucking story saying i got a refund and im not sending the jeans back....wait till advancedart gets the fuking parcel with his UMC08...then talk and say whatever you want.

surprises me how senseless your dumbass really is.

oh and for the record, only reason i thought they were in shitty condition was because i thought they were washed the fuck out UMC09. As you could tell form the pics the jeans were in decent condition.

My dispute was with advancedart beacuse he listed them as UMC 2010, when his pair infact is a pair of UMC 08. CHeck the damn link below. As such i didnt get what i thought i paid for.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rt=nc&nma=true&item=120685502461&si=3yhJZnZ5IYZr%252BVF5GM5E1nrqJSQ%253D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT

RandR...you really are a class A idiot... you're probably the biggest dumbass i've had the good fortune of not meeting.

i received the jeans only 4-5 days ago, filed a dispute 2 days ago, won the dispute less than 24 hours ago...its a weekend and im shipping the jeans out today (monday)......and you've already made conclusions about me being a scammer before the jeans get back to advancedart?? seriously dude you've got massive issues

http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?p=4177318#post4177318

This guy bought the size 28 originally from me this thread

http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showthread.php?t=162135

Sold the size 28 to him but after 3-4weeks after I posted the jeans to him, he claimed that he didnt receive the jeans. He went on to lodge paypal dispute.

I felt sorry for him and offered to sell my other pair in size 29 for half price and i pay for the shipping. He agreed and everything was good.

Then I found his thread on Styleforum trying to sell the both the size 28 and size 29. I know both pairs are from me because I asked my friend to ask him where did he got the jeans from and his reply:

[QUOTE=alx win]Hey there,

These were purchased about a year and a half ago from another sufu member, so i dont have the receipt. I can assure with 100% garuntee that they are authentic. If they arent then Ill gladly refund all the money and expenses.

Alex

So he actually got the size28 but lied about the loss.

He hasnt reply to my PM yet. What should I do?

Sounds like RandR should apologize. And I'll have at the very least, partially agree with alisz on this. RandR, your not involved on this transaction are you? It sure was pretty rude of u to come out calling someone a scanner and dumb when u werent involved. This thread is 'transaction problems n dispute'. Where was your transaction problem OR dispute? Just mind your own business IMO. If what alisz says is true, u just made urself look like a major fuckjng douchebag.

^ what is RandR?? a 'superfuture mall-cop'??? ..damn pathetic.

I made the purchase from advancedart, and ironically there hasnt been anything said or posted from his end...which would be expected if i scammed him.

needless to say, my once + rep has been raped by that dumbass.

there seem to be two issues at hand here:

1. firstly the confusion with the item itself, the seller apparently made a mistake in the description (with the season?), and the buyer made the wrongful assumption that there was something wrong with the item. its hard and pointless to blame this on either one, seems like an error in communication to me.

2. the matter of filing a claim and cancelling the transaction. the first and foremost thing should be for both to communicate with each other and try to resolve the situation. a claim should only be filed if there is no conclusion otherwise.

where I think alisz did wrong is filing the dispute at the same time while attempting to sell the jeans - this will easily seem like you are looking to scam even if you are not. if you are unhappy with the item you should first communicate with the seller, if that doesn't work out then choose if you want to file a dispute or just sell the jeans. if you file a claim with paypal, a possible result is reversing the transaction and sending the item back, at this point you shouldn't be selling them.

^ I agree i did make a mistake through listing it here while having a dispute open. But i know advancedart is a member here so honestly i would have to be out of my mind to scam for double the money and think i couldnt get caught.

advancedart refused to acknowledge that he mis-represented the listing for a couple days, until i threatened to file a paypal dispute. I tried settling the dispute with him as diplomatically as i could.

So i said fuck it, ill just flip the jeans, cancel the dispute, and its as easy as that. where the problem arose is where RandR got needlessly invovled.

Seriously I am still not aware of the "serious" problem you have.

You bought these jeans on ebay, and before you made a payment you already sent me a message sayint that the jeans are not from 2010, but 2009 as you already know that 2010 never had these jeanse issued (which I don't know).

Now you are complaining that the jeans are not 2010.. What the fuck? You are obviously lying. You just told me right from the start that you are fully aware that these are not 2010 despite my information mistake. Why did you even start paying for the jeans? Besides from the fact that you started offering a lower price right after your purchase....

Later on you received the jeans and told me that they are totally washed out and cleaned.. I told you honestly that these are NOT washed and not cleaned. You were still lying about this and argueing that you want a full refund. Of course I will not give a refund to someone that is lying about the condition of an item!? I am not stupid, please. You also lied to this on paypal, claiming that they are not in good shape.

Now you listed those jeans as brand new. What the fuck are you even talking about? Go have a look at this from my end, and I am very sure that you would gladly not want to deal with someone like this again.

So Paypal favoured you, because I wrote that these are 2010, you already bought them knowing that they are not 2010 and told me this and still continued to buy them. I think it can't be more fishy.

whether it is an eBay transaction or not, if he acknowledges faults in eBay messages or e-mails, PayPal "claims specialists" have told me that they cannot use those as proof/evidence

that is fucking retarded

Only reason i won the dispute btw was because the pair you sold me was from 2008. I knew they werent from 2010 and i told you i thought they were UMC 09. Paypal saw our convos and they knew that i knew they werent from 2010.

Had they actually been UMC09 and not 08, i would have kept them. Soo calm down with the paranoia or 'fishy-ness'. wait till you get your jeans back.

and btw i was diong you a favor trying to flip the jeans here for what i paid, instead of taking my money back from you so that you'd have to sell the jeans on ebay again. But you and your dumbass friend RandR were quick to make assumptions...so enjoy finding another buyer

Just a quick question though...why did you list them as belonging to the spring/summer 2010 collection??...im just curius.

Not true. Paypal looked into our ebay convo's. They saw that advancedart admitted he mis-listed the jeans and that they were from 09, i dont know why he lied again because the jeans i bought were UMC 08 guaranteed.

So they favored me after looking into that.

^ you have to open a dispute through ebay first cuz theres some sort of ebay buyer protection thing. Ebay rep's look at the convo's and then pass on the dispute to paypal if need be will all relevant convos/info.

advancedart...why dont you tell everyone what happened exactly regarding the price?? i didnt OFFER you a lower price like you stated.

#1: i OFFERED you a way to get out of paying final value fees on ebay, which was to pay just through paypal (where i had no buyer protection). Because of this i asked for a further discount in return for helping you.

#2: i decided to pay through regular ebay check out instead. I did not ask for any discounting, but then YOU OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT. You sent me a canceling of transaction request and said you'd give me $50US off.

I can print screen our entire convo here man, so quit talking shit.

1.Oh come on.. You bought the jeans on ebay and sent me the quesiton right afterwards followed by tons of other messages..

"Oh, and if you want to save $ by avoiding final value fees, we can do this as a paypal purchase only. That way i hope i can get some more of a discount and you save more $."

In the next messages you pronounced how you really want to save the money.. I accepted and offered you the total final value fee as discount I would have to pay. So there was no profit for me.

2.concerning your "free decision" not to pay on my discount invoice:

"Hey i have been trying to pay but i keep getting this error message "An error occurred while processing your request. Before submitting this again, log in and check your Account History to ensure that the transaction didn't complete". Im going to send you the payment as goods to your email from my end of $584 then" (which is a fully discounted price!)

I really have been helpful to you on this transaction.. as I could have just denied all your requests in saving money, I have answered all your extra questions you sent me AFTER purchasing the jeans, I have reacted to all your emails in a very nice manner, and then you just email me hey your jeans is is worn out condition and I want a full refund and return.

It will probably the best to just add you to my ebay blacklist. Good luck finding your clothes elsewhere. Now keep on spamming please.

Man advancedart you're missing the point completley.

YOu've got a good rep, ill give you that. but i've talked to some people regarding you're actualy knowledge of what you're selling and the response isnt quite reflective of your rep.

Yes you agreed to give me a discounted price because i was willing to pay through paypal and not through ebay. You were very nice and havent said anything that would indicate otherwise. However you're lack of knowledge on what you're selling is pretty weird and surprising.

Also, did i pay $584 OR $634??? I paid the 'non-discounted' price of $634...so i really dont see wtf your point is in talking about how i initially asked for a discount.....because i didnt receive one and paid full price.

you haven't answered my question though...why'd you list as 2010?? you claim you're an expert, and people here think you are one too....

oh , this is so pathetic , you still believe in pay pal ???

the person who will work on your case will have to spend 15 minutes to look the case , tracking, description ,seller record blah blah , this 15 minutes will cost to the company 20-25 USD ; when they see there is cash on the account the person will just click on 'refund' which will take 5 seconds and cost nothing to paypal, no administrative costs , and they will not care if you are unhappy . it is as simple as this

very stupid but it is like this ,,,,

they don't care about the case when there is money on the seller account , but when it is empty ,they will ask the buyer to prove the things , bring the paper proving the item wasn't new and so on , just to discourage you to do anything and you will finally lose the case

i won the dispute because he had cash in his paypal???

thats like saying "hey we dont care about the item the guy sold you, but since he's got cash we'll just give you your money back".....dumbass that makes no sense and paypal doesnt work that way.

they actually asked me to provide all relevant info, and looked through pictures of UMC 07,08,09 and made a decsion 24hrs later.

...just shut up, kid.

1)I haven't been online all week, as I've been, you know, doing shit in real life. Sorry, but defending my rep online isn't exactly my first priority.

2)as mike lowrey said, don't fucking open a dispute on paypal and then try to sell the same item here. I don't know what your e-mails back and forth between you and advancedart said, but I do know that your actions are those that a scammer takes. I know that your communications to me have been extremely butthurt and immature...like a scammer. You fucked up, you got called out on it, and now you are just whining and acting like a little kid.

Grow up, send back the jeans and get your refund, and act like a man for once.

bought a dior double wrap belt in size 90 from him. after confirming that he has the tags, box and auth card, we negotiated to a price of 250us, which he then quoted 35us shipped to singapore. so i paid him 285, seeing his rep is quite high, i decided to do my first ' personal ' payment( pls try not to comment on this, i had enough of scolding :(). never did i know, my first would be my last, i hereby urge everyone not to save on the 4%, just take it as an insurance.

he said it would cost 35us, take a week to reach me, all in the context that the item is from overseas. never did i know, the most ridiculous thing happened.. i received a local package, all soft and shit, nothing that look like boxed or bubble wrap. just the belt in the dustbag(no box that we agreed on), inside that fragile looking paper package. what really got me was the ' $3SGD ' stamp on the package, which indirectly screams ' YOU GOT OWNED BIATCH '. i then took the trouble to visit the local post office, and got them tracked, as expected, its posted in singapore. Mike Lowrey was nice to tell me that all his IP is from singapore as well.

i quickly took out the belt, and suspected its authenticity. theres no ' dior ' embossed on the belt. since he can lie about his location, why not the belt ? a quick check from his previous posts, shows that he's questioning the authenticity of his belt, but haven gotten any confirmation of any sort. Is it ethical when u dont know whether it is authentic and then proceed to post it here ?

he's been ignoring my pms ever since. if anyone here feels me, please tell me what else i can do.

it's a little hard to tell, but he might actually be in sydney at the moment. is the latest pm in the first link assigned to an ip from sydney or singapore?

as for the tracking info showing where he shipped it from, it might be because the package is only trackable once it hits the parcel's country of destination. i remember there's a shipping option from auspost which has that tracking limitation. but in all the cases i've experienced, tracking always shows the 'entered customs' point. then of course there's that 3SGD sticker lol. i'm not trying to defend the guy, but if you have a picture of the shipping bag with all the details i.e customs declaration and the ip showing where that last msg is from, you will have concrete evidence to show this guy was taking you for a ride.

edit: wait, i think it was tracking limited to the parcel's country origin destination. if so, ignore my second paragraph :o.

Sigh its from Sydney, I keep telling him and he dun get it. Now he thinks its fake. I am sick of defending myself. If you need proof of its authenticity, I have more PMs. Other than that Cheers. You have the belt, you have just not happy thats its not directly from Sydney. you see 3 bucks so? Let me say a word of truth. You never at any time asked me where am I shipping from or where am I located? You agreed to the shipping charges. I did not coerced you. Why dun u tell them you tried to low ball me? Agreed to buy from me then change your stance last min and offered $200 or 250?

ah, so the belt was bought in sydney but shipped from singapore? if that's the case, then i question your practice as a seller. you were a little angry that he dogged and tried to low ball you, fair enough. but remember, you did accept the offer of $250 and asked for an extra charge of $35 for shipping. this implies you are okay with the price and it's fair to say most people will assume a charge of $35 shipping will not be local. what you should had done was decline his offer, or sell it at the price of $250 + the accurate shipping charge.
