Thanks.. The pair of APCs i used were Rescues that didnt fit well past the knee (i was a n00b when i bought them) so i cut them into shorts. and have a bunch of scrap denim now.

The last wash was only 24 wears ago, but they got super filthy and had to get washed again already. Oh well... I guess I like how they've turned out so far, so I'm getting less concerned about waiting as long as possible to wash them.

Thanks TheNorthern. 28's definitely too small though. If a 30 worked for me in the 19 cm raws, will that be the size to go with in the 17.5s also? The only Diors I've had have been 19 cm, never gotten my hands on a 17.5 cut.
