Nah I think it's just the lighting and the product she put in giving it some shine. Took her an hour just to texture it.

halifamous...i have wavy/slightly curly hair like yours...i was wondering what products (shampoo/conditioner/styling products) you put in order to maintain the curls of your hair..i think the new haircut looks great...thanks man!

number two or three, depending on how long my hair is, three is a little greasy, but at certain legnths I need that much hold.

Question for guys with the long hair, did you just grow it non stop then get a cut after its really long or did you progressively tidy it up along the way?

If you got the cash and a good stylist, go in for the occasional trim to keep it neat as it grows. If your hair is actually manageable as it grows, then just let it be.

too bad i have thin straight hair without any texture. i usually buzz cut it, because using gel and having greasy hair annoys me like hell. though then you can see the scar spot on the back of my head where i fell of the slide as a kid

ive given up the idea of long hair, its annoying, and the transition phase always looked so ridicoulous that at some point i lost patience and shaved it. if my hair is any longer than 2cm, i look nothing like a human when getting up in the morning. id happily drop $ to find a haircut that works with my hair without using loads of products for treatment, but i doubt such a thing exists.
