tonights post-run (10 miles, i was feeling hungry) nourishment:

double ground turkey breast burger on a multigrain ciabatta roll with soft goat cheese and morello cherry jam (ended up being pretty thick and somewhat messy),

which was preceded by an apple (pink lady) and followed by a cup of strawberry yogurt.

Beatle, that reminds me of when I was in germany a few years back and Burger King had some burger they were calling the Kahn Burger! For some reason it really cracked me up, probably because the ads featured a picture of Kahn trying to look really intense, which defintaely didn't make me want his burger.

Spinach. Aragula (or at least the one that I get here) has longer and thinner stems, smaller leaves, and the leaves are a more oval-ish shape.

the trashcan is actually normal size! everything else is scaled up. I had giant mussels and too much beer for dinner. (jk)
