I cooked a 4 course seafood dinner for 6 people at home. Challenging but very satisfying. I probably spent around 90 euros for all the ingredients (which includes 7 bottles of wine )

They separate the meat from the bones and stick it to the cheese in the burger while leaving the bones on the side

weird ass cheeseburger with grilled prawns, onions, and peppers. sounds fucked up but it was absolutely delicious

went to a ribfest the other day. it was funny

i find the style of noodles a bit too chewy... i think it would be better with the Cantonese flat rice noodles... but then it wudnt be xi'an food...
