I hope I am not overdoing my eygpt shots. Just have a couple, spacing em out as my mirror is quite boring compared to a lot of the locations you guys take shots at.

Anyone know about motormouth? that teeshirt im wearing is about 3-4 years old... quite heavy wear but still looks as good as new.

fine, lets not use abercrombie. lets use that stupid fucking tank top Dior shit out a while ago that loops around your neck and makes you look like a greek boy-whore. Dior is sufu approved, but you'd still look like a tremendous douchebag. take the criticism instead of chalking it up to "tension within the community". if you looked good and were an asshole, people would take your critiques to heart, but you look like a fucking moron, and you suck, so no one's taking your shit seriously. am i mediocre? maybe, but i dont spend thousands looking like an asshole, and i don't spend my time trying to make others feel like they're less than me (you're failing, just so you know). oh, and nice signature, you're really just proving how much of a cocksucker you are, when you take a genuine compliment from a member of our community (which is what i'm sure everyone would love it to be, a community in which people act like they're taking part as would be appropriate in such a setting), and throw it in all our faces as though because he is less of an asshole than you, you win and are superior in all areas. eat shit you fucking worthless cunt.

Clopek, your adolescent mind is obviously unable to stick to the subject at hand. perhaps grunts and points would be a more appropriate means of communicating with someone as dense as yourself. but alas, i'll give one last response and refutation of yet another pea brained epiphany of yours.

It is obvious that there are certain designers within the high fashion community that carry a lot of weight. RO is one of them because right now his aesthetic articulates a sentiment of rejection towards the recent attention common folks/mere fashion consumers have been paying towards the tailoring and fit of their clothing thanks to the mass media and industry efforts (How to dress reality TV shows, ad campaigns for more pedestrian labels offering allegedly "skinny cut" jeans which are actually only approach what we would call fitted, etc). To wear clothes that fit "properly" (according to classical standards) no longer serves as a public marker of a superior mind that has a natural propensity for finer detail. For similar reasons jeans have progressively become more extreme over the past two years, and when they couldn't possibly get any skinnier they developed crazy colors and patterns (see april 77 or jeremy scott x ksubi). this is obvious so moving on... Anyone who is truly a significant and active part of this community should know who RO is and possess ability to recognize one of his garments by several of the recurring elements, themes, or finer detailings(such as working almost exclusively with more masculine fabrics such as high grade leather or denim, or deliberately cutting the sleeves a bit longer than tradition would have). The fact that a designer is in favor amongst underground communities like this however does not entail that they are necessarily infallible (this is a very foolish assumption clopek), and your example of the terrible dior homme tank is proof of this obvious fact. we have witnessed over the past two years the gradual increase in dior homme stock, to the point where anyone involved even on the outskirts of not just the community but the industry as well are at least familiar with the name Slimane and the aesthetic he drew attention to. But it is obvious to anyone with a brain that dior homme's underground significance is rapidly waning due to this increased popularity and lack of evolution. to use an apropriate phrase that Jmatsu seems fond of, "its always the same song and dance" with dior homme. Surely this has something to do with why Slimane has chosen to leave the label--too much artistic integrity is compromised due to the recent popularity of the label and demanding nature of the mass market.

as for my jacket, it is distinctly recognizable as RO in person due to the fit and complicated processing of the denim. i could understand if a noob just thought it was some ill fitting surplus garment from the shoddy picture, but a person who is truly a member of this community (which you obviously are not)--and not just some random loser who stumbled upon it to find more info on LVC or AA--would've picked up on the subtler cues and realized that the jacket is a perfect example of the RO aesthetic. Therefore any comments regarding the fit of the jacket were completely irrelevant because it stays true to the designers intention, which is accepted by the community logically (though this logic arguably occurs as an afterthough).

valid criticisms of my fit would've required indication of some sort of contradiction amongst the various parts in relation to the whole aesthetic (which is not of my own incidental and idiosyncratic creation). naturally, when an individual adopts a preconfigured style for their own use they invariable change it in the process; there is no perfect execution of the designers aesthetic vision, and mixing additional pieces by other designers help create new aesthetics or steer the direction in which the next generation of significant designers may follow (or the old ones if they remain intimately involved with the community).

i was wrong to chalk it up to tension within the community, because it is obvious that idiots like you, datasupa, egpt, and that 2:30 stars or whatever the fuck his name is do not meet the apropriate qualifications to be members. a community that is not critical will be too open, and will cease to be a community for very long. people like myself and jmatsu, who offer sound logical critiques are the real pillars of this community, which seems to have already grown beyond its maintainable limitations. and for the record i do positively reinforce the solidarity of the community when i see someone on here with a good fit, but i do this privately and leave comments with the rep function. the true trolls of this board are ignorant posters like you who think that a field so specialized (and for that reason inherently elitist) such as high fashion should be democratically determined and controlled. Noobs such as yourself shed no light on the community's internal matters, have no efficacy, and do not matter in the least. your very presence here does damage to the high fashion underground movement. as far as sufu is concerned you are a fucking parasite.

Robideaux for you to type that much only goes to show that he got to you. You fell right into his trap and got played like a game of chess.

if it was about "getting" to someone then nobody really succeeds, except at being a nuisance.

shit is petty.

I THOUGHT WE WUZ FRENZ? RO is not for sale.

i enjoy your waywts...but seriously wtf is the point of writing something no one is going to read? clopek's comment wasn't even important...if azan wrote that would you respond with like 3 paragraphs?

edit: what i mean to say is that it's stupid to try and "educate" someone into liking a label, aesthetic, etc...my brother makes fun of my clothes all the time, but he's a pretty unstylish person...everybody thinks their own wine is the best...
