the man is right. i probably should have left a comment with the post. Franklyn was suggested in this thread several months back so I thought I'd check it out. Interesting enough idea, very poorly executed. I didn't watch more than half an hour. This goes for some of the horror films I post, too.

I have to admit, i'm considering starting a thread titled "what are you (half-)watching today?"... just for those movies that send me to sleep before half time.
