i'm all for the idea of a TA fund-raiser, but what's the point in doing a sanctioned nyc ride if there's no street closures?

I'm forgetting if the BMX cranks said 'Dura Ace' or not, but since they are 175mm, I'm going to say they are anyway.

Everyone was making this crankset in gold in the early 80's during BMX's peak. I have some other brand, and the Campag ones show up from time to time, too.

Doesn't matter that these have an inner shoulder, they should, for chainline in them days. Probably worth selling off to BMX collectors, prices paid are out of hand.

you'll need a longer stem. It'll mess with your reach/positioning if you don't balance it out with a longer stem.

kinda expensive for what it is...

it's not that i can't afford it. i feel like there are better and less expensive alternatives

I know the guy who makes them and he's really good at what he does. He mainly makes bags, but these have been used by a lot of people and have gotten pretty good reviews. Like $10 cheaper than Holdfasts.

ynots are sick! i was riding holdfasts but my buddy hooked it up with some ynots and the quality is def there!

Hey guys finally really getting into riding again and I have a few quick questions.

1. Can anyone recommend me the most comfortable saddle for around $150? I dont want to spend too much and I just dont like the look of Brooks Saddles.

2. What bike/fixed/etc blogs do you guys like to frequent?

Yeah I just went to check out the Selles and I think i'm going to go with the Rolles, perhaps the San Marco.

i had roughly the same budget and grabbed a fizik aliante carbon off of ebay - if you're not fussy about the kium rails thing you can save a chunk of $$$ that way.

buy a bunch of used saddles until you find what you like. nothing worse than dropping $100+ on something your ass hates.

or go to a store and ask if you can try out a bunch of saddles. cop one, then come back a couple o days later and exchange it for a different one if you're dissatisfied
