+1 on this. I've found amazing credenzas on craigslist. "teak, mid century" are good search terms to start with.

I think the Seattle craigslist is skimpy. I search for those terms almost everyday. I should expan to Portland or Vancouver.

I usually search pretty far away places. If something's good enough just have it shipped if the seller is down, half the time you'll still be getting a really great deal.

best thing I have is this big metal stella artois pub sign that I found on craigslist for free. i've also got a movie poster (the american) a david lindwall print a crazy clock with swirly numbers and shit (hard to explain) and a little jil sander logo thing
