Challenge #3

 

My ride and some place cool

 

Sure it's not as bad ass as some of the SuFu members on here, but my Nissan Xterra gets me where I need to go. This past weekend was Canadian Thanksgiving and my family's tradition is to spend it down at our cabin. Highlights include, Teaching some of my cousins and their boyfriends how to shoot, enjoying a great family get together with some lovely scotch, went waterfowl hunting with my cousin and her boyfriend and then with my father. We did pretty good and we all got a couple ducks which we will enjoy eating this winter.

 

The Naked and Famous 32oz are holding up really well, even after a couple months of wearing them, they are still tough to move in. Need to keep beating them up!

 

 

 

Funny story, about 4 years ago buddy and I shot a nice buck in SW Manitoba. It was the first real buck I had ever shot. Back then I took the skull out to the cabin and strung it up in a tree to let the bugs and such clean it. 3 weeks later it disappeared. A bear must have climbed the tree and carried it off. Today while walking around a completely different area, I came across the skull! As you can see, all cleaned and ready for the wall and in perfect condition! Now just giving the final cleaning and whitening and it's ready for the cabin.

Challenge #3

Thought the other weekend that i should try this drinking challenge. My plan was solid, just drink ten beers. But I only got to like seven or eight. Mega said it was cool though (thanks). So I'm here to share the photo proof of it!

 

Started out with a Dale´s

 

A season correct October Beer

 

A barley wine that wasn't especially good.

 

Took a little nap..

 

Then a Rochfort 10 to get my head straight again

After that we head out to some friends so I took a home-brewed Saison on the Metro

 

The best beer of the night, an Imp. Stout from Norway called Konrads

 

And I think this was the last one (that I got a photo of.) A Westmale Tripel from the bootle due to lack of glasses..

Some updates on my Sage after 7 months of wear. It's hard to capture the true colors with a phone camera. But you can get an overal idea.

here's what's continued on day 2. took a trip to thailand's famous weekend market! not much photos but alot of walking and then we took a trip into chinatown on the river taxi.

 

 

i had no idea i was being shot.

 

 

great sunny albeit a hot hot hot day!! 

and so the next day was the carnival..

 

 

i won't say the place was huge but the turnout was fantastic. lots of people and denim heads around.

 

met a couple sufu people there, ed(demonito) didnt get a picture(i forgot), kyle(cold summer) and such.

November update. Wear period unknown because I wore them pretty inconsistently since the start of the contest. They've hit water three times; two for initial and one to clean them up a bit. Jeans have help up pretty nicely so far, only frays on the hems from cuffing, and the beginnings of a crotch rip.
