This past semester, I spent a week in SF and Berkley, before spending the rest of the semester in LA. I have to say that SF and Berkley even Oakland were so much better place than LA.

Getting stuck in LA traffic was not fun and I think public transportation is better in SF.

The Bay is amazing, there's so much diversity packed into such a small footprint. I'd give it to SF for everything except women. I've never seen so many 5's be called 9's by my friends that live out there...

lived in la past 5 years. moved to sf in august.

la wins burgers + mexican food + girls + weather.

sf wins nightlife (esp bar scene) + atmosphere + coffee.

both are dope places. love them both. la is harder to appreciate and, at first, it's easy to believe all the stereotypes of la culture. if you work at discovering la though - and you really have to work at it - it's a really amazing place.

Which is sunnier The Bay or LA ?

Here in NY the weather gray/cloudy everyday , i'm more of a sunny weather type of person .

San Diego is where you want to go for the most perfect sunny type of weather, even in late November.

grew up in sd and now I feel like superman because of all the perfect sunrays I absorbed and shit..

saying that, i live in the east bay now and love it way more than LA

la has some nice warehouse parties but sf has a better bar scene
