Even with bid sniping i like to do the last second bidding anyways in case i only need to go up 1 more dollar from the max i'd set.

I've done this with some jawns. Set the alarm for 4:30am, woke up, won the auction, went to sleep, was woken up at 9 by my then gf complaining about waking her at 4:30 for "fucking jeans", then sex. It was a good early morning.
