i have a few friends that are down with a zombie apocalypse concept.

When shit pops off were gonna seek refuge in my apartment building which could easily double as a fortress/lookout.

Once things die down and we get a stable handle on things were going to head north most likely to canada or alaska where a zombie outbreak would presumably have the least impact.

and then, start over.

from what i remember from the zombie survival guide is that apartments are among the worst places to seek refuge (like in shaun of the dead for example). also churches or places of worship. prisons are good places assuming that the prisoners cooperate.

second half is a good plan. i'm ready for the outbreak as well. crowbars and shotguns, aw yeah

i randomly valeted at some guys huge ranch and he had a bunch of guns and like 500 acres. I would go there and chill. only like 2 people on it most of the time. bunch of random cars/ atvs. i think i would have a chance there. specially if i got a decent start and could get food and shit together.

My building is a little different though. Its in a gated community so we'd be able to set up a perimeter and easily block entrances/exits. Its about 13 stories with a perfect view of the city in every direction and the roof is perfect for sniping/ lookouts.

I'm taking a more aggressive stance on a zombie outbreak.. emphasizing more on a seek, destroy, and rebuild approach.

And I would never rely on prisoners during a crisis like that, ur likely to get fuct in the end (you especially sam)

really discontent with life right now. i applied for an internship this summer and to a new school for the fall but part of me is hoping i dont get in. i really feel like taking a bit of time off and refocusing what i want to do.

im scared of what kind of reaction i would get from my family. im also afraid that i would just take too much time off... the formula of high school, college, profession just seems so set in stone that considering breaking it is really scary.

the program ive applied for next fall which seemed so perfect is now so contrary to what i think i want to do, i just feel like im wasting time...

i haven't been able to sleep lately, shit sucks, so i went to the doctor today and he gave me a ridiculous amount of trial uses with lunesta, a sleeping drug, no we didn't talk side effects because we were just testing the waters. this was the biggest mistake of my life, after taking the pill it started fuming up into my throat form my stomach, which slowly started to close and ticle my gag reflex and suffocate me. i threw up for a good 3 minutes straight. it turned to dry heaves and i just wanted it to end. i had to go upstairs and brush my tongue with a tooth bbrush and brush my throat with a toothbrush, it was fucked up.

lesson in short, don't forget to ask your doctor about side effects.
