These are the shoes but they're plaintoes instead of captoes; they look even better and more streamlined that way.

I think it's his. If you go to his website -> collection -> 07 s/s -> garconne then you can watch the video. But I can never be sure, as I'm just judging from the fact that most of the models are wearing variations of that necklace thing.
