Also, if anyone is interested, I have a pair of brown chukka boots, worn no more than 5 times, selling for 200 bucks less than retail. they are first quality, but have a slight issue which can be fixed by any competent cobbler. The alden store on Madison has a wealth of cigar and even whiskey at the moment. I tried on cigar longwings and bought cigar indies. There were several others.

They also sell the flat waxed laces that come with cordo boots and special make-up boots. If i have time, I'm going to hop by and pick up a few pairs.
