There was a mudslide like 2 years ago when we were all getting pounded with rain. THey are all fucking idiots for living under a cliff and complaining to the county when the cliff slides.

bronica w. polaroid back and polaroid brand peel apart film, a test shot. scanned in and colors tweaked slightly because my scanner messes with them. no sharpening at all, just cropping

Weston-Super-Mare pier

Found this on my memory card from about 2 weeks ago just before it all burned down, attacked it in photoshop.

looks hdr'ish

i think the thing about it is, you're supposed to use darkness to create depth. when drawing, a darker line will push the eye deeper, while a lighter line feels closer to the viewer. when people surround the frame with dark vignetting, it makes my eyes go all weird. this kind of looks like the people are walking toward the light, light at the end of a tunnel, etc...and half of your sky is blown while the other half is all contrasty
