i have enough funds for no.1 2000

i just cant decide whether to balls out on a size 29 or get a real 30 so it fits a size 28. although my real size is 29, i wear a size 28 okis and 27 sammies s0500. the s0500 wasn;t that unberable to wear actually.

i just want a nice slim fitting silhouette of the no.1 2000. maybe something a tad skinner than my size okis and sammies. i can take picture for references.

As far as i know the only place they do hand painting outside of Japan is London. They do have special events around the world however they are mostly single day events.

If your looking to buy new take5 do carry hand painted stock and if they havent got what you want they will order from japan and send on to you.

If its something you own already you always have the option to proxy your pair to someone in London and pop into the savile row store or maybe get intouch with them and see if you can send them your jeans direct to them.

im a 28-29 and i got a 29 in the no1 2000s. gordon told me that they stretch about an inch. they were a bit tight around the first few hours of wear, but they fight really well after two weeks.

Finally starting to see some signs of fading on Lot 2101 and the Lazy S jeans...gonna try and get some pics up at the weekend, although the fading is pretty subtle and understated on both pairs, certainly compared to regular No.1 denim, and I'm not sure how visible they'll be...

you saying your normal waist size is 28-29? did you soak them or wash them? don't they shrink to 2 inches? that means if you got a size 29 youre wear a size 27 essentially.

The fit on me is quite similar.

Both had to be soaked whilst wearing incase of too much shrinkage, as they fitted not snug, but comfortable when raw.

Sat in hot bath wearing them for about 30-40 mins.

I went true to size (pre-soak 34 tagged) but they were actually 32 when dry so I effectively sized down a couple of sizes accidentally...

if you don't really care for the tabs, you can order from Blue in Green since it's cheaper to order from them instead. Proxying from Japan was like around $398.00 USD
