Just soak them in cold water for like half an hour, let them dry for a bit and start wearing when they're still damp.

when you say soak, do you mean soak the whole jeans or just the top part?

I was talking about the whole jeans. You could also just do the seat or the upper part if you'd like. I'm not sure if this wouldn't result in a colour differance though.

been a while since i documented the progress on my skulls..

6x6 denim worn occasionally on weekends for 1.5 years

If he wore it everyday on weekends for 1.5 years, thats 156 wears (about 5 months).

Once every weekend, 78 wears (about 2.5 months).

The real question is, how many washes?

Slept in them again last night, seeming like they're getting looser, will try that soak and squat trick. I'm thinking about a week or so of wear and I'll know if they're salvageable. Will report back with fit pics. Thanks for the info guys!

i've made some progress today! i managed to button up the jeans but its still very very tight as you can see....i'll wear them around the house for about a week and it should be okay then i hope.....man my hips is pretty sore from trying to wiggle in into these lol
