thats strange. they seem to only start work after receiving funds. or at least thats what happened for me. they did take a while to send me an invoice after confirming my details though.

They'll send the invoice when your order is next in queue to be constructed, sort of like "we only charge your card when we ship your package".

S4403XX update, about 3.5 months. It's kind of a tough dye job to break but I really like the early contrast. It's been long-john weather so I haven't had to wash them yet (except to shrink-soak). There may be more crocking waiting to happen with a wash.

fb group went dead...there were lots of members, none of whom elected to stay into the new format. fb finally gave the option to be a replacement admin so I muscled in on it to get more members!

I believe it stands for "simplified" in a general way for wartime cuts, ie 03, but I don't know anything about the 01 cut.

I allways thought the s stood for simplified because or the lack of coin pocket rivets and less stitching on the crotch and lack of back pocket arcs

gave my S9202XX a second soak (after the initial wash); chance to take some pictures;similar to after the first soak, I needed to stretch the inseams or they would have shrunk too much. They have been worn for about 3-4 months.
