Poutine. No restaurants here make it, and, in fact, I have never seen poutine on a menu. I am going to attempt to make my own, as I want it more and more as it keeps popping up on SuFu.

In Toronto we have this stupid boutique poutinerie called Smoke's that caters to young drunk club-goers, and they just opened up a location in my neighborhood. The foot traffic in my neighborhood consists of people who try and pay for things with nickels and salvaged phone cards. People regularly throw glass bottles out of apartment windows in what appears to be out of sheer dissatisfaction. It's catty corner to a strip club where I imagine the dancers all have c-section scars. I do not think this was a good decision by the owners of Smoke's poutinerie.
