but good fleischkäs' can be really tasty in thin slices, it's perfect for putting on bread. it's similar to thinly sliced lyoner. in my family we never ate fleischkäs the way you described it. come to think of it i only had it once like that.

you can also fry it in a pan, that way you get a different flavor too. good stuff

Speaking of burgers, it's only 10:15am and I already want a bistro burger:

I always feel like the best burger can be ruined by soggy, too-thin, too-fake, or stone-cold fries. I don't even bother ordering fries from corner bistro, because they use those skinny shoestring fries. The best fries in my opinion are made from fresh cut potatoes, skin on, thick cut, made crispy on the outside and soft and steamy on the inside.
