but the fades are freakin' great man. dig the fade around the right thigh area and the rips and combs look great. proves the point "suffer for fashion" I guess:rolleyes:

if that's their true color, excellent job, I generally prefer denim to stay dark like this instead of the crazy fading that most people covet

X-post from the PBJ thread...i seem to only be able to fade the thighs and ass of my jeans. combs are lagging months behind, or so it seems.

alright, not a full proper evo documentation, but i figured i'd take some pictures today of the dirty dirty 007's...now that i'm looking at these on here, the top one and bottom pic are the best representation of color. some of the pics in the middle are a bit dark. these are all straight out of the camera. just different shutter speeds and meter points to try and get accuracy.

i can tell my symptoms are waxing cause now that i've been wearing a denim izaar on and off for over a month (thats made out of walmart denim i bought for under 8 bucks) i've realized how much i love it although it's garbage denim by sufu standards(not selvage, ringspun, rope-dyed or chainstitched, straight bottom of the barrel 8-9oz. RHT cheepo stuff) and it hasn't faded a bit...i think i love all denim and anything made from denim...now i gotta make one (or have one made)outta selvage and lay the denim sideways so the selvage can be the bottom hem...priceless

10 months. Not heavily soaked/washed but I don't recall exactly how many.

Whole left thigh was on the verge of collapse. Nudie dry black was the only decent denim I had on hand. Guess we'll see how that stuff fades.

^^ good look chief! speaking of citings, i was feeding my daughter some oatmeal this morning and i happened to look up at the TV (not shooter;)) and there was a commercial for the Today Show (NBC, you know matt lauer and tiki and the gang) and i could''ve sworn i saw an image of D KATZ(of drybonesXselfedge contest fame) on the left side of the screen! it was only for a split second but since i don't smoke anymore skunk my subconcious eye is mad sharp, and i'm thoughly self convinced it was him, beard and all....someone out there saw this too, im not as crazy as mr. almostnice says i am:D......

These were my very first pair of raws. I had to take the bus 30 miles to buy them because i didn't have my license yet at the time. Everyone remembers their first! <3

I need to get some repairs done as well as wash them again...

]time for a little update after a light handwash.. worn on and off since the start of the contest maybe worth around 5-6months total wear? lost count on the washes already but im guessing its near 10 wash, more like 8-9ish..

You too? I thought it was just me. Actually, it's mostly just lap fades with my jeans, the ass fades much more slowly and the combs are almost nonexistent. Must be my job, I'm always on my feet.

Black Knights been wearing them for about 8ish months lost track exactly. Never really noticed how different the look now until I looked at the old pictures
