the sheepskin f-troupe's are ugly, IMO, but the regular ones are okay. I've had a pair of f-troupes before. they aren't exceptionally well-made, but they're not bad for the price.

I've been looking at these too. Slim-profile warm boots. Can't seem to find them in larger sizes though (a lot of the stockists are only picking up women's sizes).

I think the leather works with the colored ones nicely so my votes for the blue one as well - they may be fairly thin but they take the color well so they're pretty damn vibrant.
