Yeah it may need a good burn in but your's is probably different cuz it's a wood sherlock.

^ the white stuff (aka MILK) is the smoke collecting up in the "water pipe." Usually ice cubes are used to cool the smoke so the smoke is smoother but in this case, the dude used frozen strawberries instead
