but I thought since I've retired them as of yesterday (part time at least) they should get their own thread.

The pictures are all taken without flash and there hasn't been any soaks or washes, just 4 months (and a week) steady wear and tear. HJJ is going to take some proper pictures of these when we get time to it...

Nothing special really, I've just worn them. Gotten drunk in them many times, sweated in them many times, I went jungle trekking for about two hours once and I rode an elephant for an hour but other than that I've just worn them

wow, i wear my slim jims HEAVILY (bike 10 mins to and from school at least 4 times a day) and they're not nearly as faded as those, and i'm hitting four months in the next week, did you wear these in the rain and such things? i just got caught in a heavy downpour on my bike last week and the fading has been getting faster every day because of it.

Nice! But I wouldnt completely retire...just wear every once in awhile (not consecutively anymore if you're scared of them breaking on you)

After 3 months of regular wear (4-5 days p/week) the crotch is looking heavily worn on my sj while the rest of the denim is just starting to look slightly worn in... I dont get it either.

But lilldavid i say keep wearing them till the death! Just keep mending and patching when neccesary - keep up the momentum.

hype killz, Carelli its the ordinary Dry Denim (the blue kind), got them at the shop were I work here in stockholm. We've got these ones and the Organic Dry and they are the only dry ones I've seen (no shop in sthlm bought the Masa)

The Even Steven have a 10" rise. A thigh fit similar, though slightly trimmer, to the Regular Alfs, and then they taper down 1" from the knee to a 16" bottom. Also have very cool low dropped pockets and an extended yoke.

They're a really nice fitter for dudes who like the look on the super skinny jeans but still like to have a bit of room in the thigh. Nudiejeans.com has some good pics in their fit gallery.

Damn man, great wear. I haven't invested in a pair of Nudies yet, but I'm contemplating on some Slim Jims. If I get them, I hope they turn out as nice as your pair.
