Haha oh yeah! Yeah, there is a SG version of this curried noodle. But I think this is slightly on the Malaysian style. Don't know the difference though. This reminds me, my grandma is from singapore. How random.

Basically it's cinnamon toast with fresh sliced swiss and ham from your local market, melted to your liking. Then a sunny side up egg to top it off.

Just use a few eggs, some cinnamon, sugar, and a bit of milk for the batter.

thanks sid, I actually ended up making a croque-madame myself today for dinner. except rather than freaking it french-toast style like you did, I made myself a dijon sauce that I put on one side of the bread, then ham, swiss, and the easy-over egg... open-face sandwich style

I had that green bean casserole on the side... it was pretty blah, but damn that sandwich was tasty
