thank you plong. internet is a wonderful thing. you could find so many great recipes.

we actually boiled the ribs for an hour before grilling them. it softens them up a little. so then we used the water we used to start a stock for the ramen.

arhgjhsdjgfhskjhh home made ramennnnn. the last time i tried that out the soup based bombed like a mofo.

how'd it turn out? recipe (if it aint your secret..)?
