put some lays chips in a ziplock bag and crush it.

had no more eggs, so i mixed a bit of flour with some milk

using crushed lays chips for the breading wasnt the best idea. i'll try with something bbq next time. tasted too much like oil (but mixed with the sri racha + mapple sirup, it was all good)

Went for lunch with my parents at a brasserie of a local 3-michelin-star chef where he is said to offer great dry-aged beef, well-prepared at good prices. While the quality of the beef was indeed great, there is room left for improvements on the cooking process :-\
