i cooked it for a touch too long and there wasn't enough lovely sauce. i blame it on the cookies.

Freshly Shucked Oyster With Cucumber & Champagne Jelly.

Sashimi of yellow fin tuna with avocado, crisp soft shell crab & horseradish mayonnaise.

Roasted scallops with asparagus mousse, lemon thyme veloute, candied pancetta & fresh sturgeon caviar.

Pressed duck & artichoke terrine with walnut & pears salad & toasted brioche.

this was just so cleansing and refreshing.

Cumquat and macadamia praline parfait with slow cooked meringue & blood orange sorbet.

It's one of those childhood things. Our fob parents took us there a lot because Norms is and was the only White business within 2 miles+. Literally.
