Both those pants need to get hemmed.

First look: Those are fine, but you'd probably look really good in with a higher waist. It'll elongate your leg and emphasize the narrowest part of your torso. Also, the earrings have to go. They just cheapen up the whole look.

Second one: The Free People hoodie makes me wanna vomit. Unflattering colors, unflattering shape.

All in all, I'd say you've improved. And as far as your laziness with the hair is concerned, just stop being lazy. That's all there is to it.

where did you get the pants at? anyways. i don't like the wide leg trousers. something looks off about it. i don't think you're tall enough to play that game.

i agree with geekbonchic. hoodie is awful and it makes you look like a mall rat. BUT! the pants and the shoes are very cute. definitely keep those, get them hemmed and return the other pants.
