That's because you don't understand the appeal of vintage work wear.

It's easy to understand the appeal of such looks, when you know where it came from.

It's like pin-rolls. Fuckers didn't know where it came from, till some folks showed em and then they were like OH SHIT NEXT LEVEL. And pin-rolled everything that went past their ankles.

But then they look at Hispanic kids on the street with rubber bands around their ankles and are like WTF.

Man, I need to grow my traps. Do shoulder shrugs do that?

I stick with body weight exercises but if i do dips isolating the muscles a la shoulder shrugs, am I hitting those?

Because I'm hitting my back muscles definitely, but should I be feeling it in the traps?

tbh i don't do shrugs so i can't advise you on that. my traps grew from deadlift and overhead press.

Shouder shrugs do help.

Hold whatever weight you use, both infront and behind. Of course, not at the same time.

Shrug up, forward, and backwards, so you work it allllll out.
