its also interesting that none of them branch out that much in terms of silhouette / brands - i feel like back a few years ago people were more interested in making it a bit more 'modern' and mixing it up with japanese streetwear et all but that seems to have died off (unfortunately)

From pictures I've seen, I think the Japanese do it best. Coincidentally, on SuFu a couple azn guys work the ideas really well without falling into a trad trap: Brad Pitt and American Hearts.
