City loop this morning and then before we even got to our first stop for the ice cream ride I ran over some thumbtack and punctured a little hole in my tire and fucked my tube so I had to get a new tube. I like them better than Randonneurs.

I went brakeless these past few days, it was fun, but I threw some brakes back on just for safety. I just got myself a flat bar so I'm going to be riding that, except that right now it's fucking HUGE (56cm or something ridiculous) so I need to trim it.

Word, I just switched to flat bars like two weeks ago. I didn't like how my brake lever was sitting on the riser bars after I cut them down, but it's perfect on the flats.

damn, yeah i know when i first rode the everwears, skids were sluggish, but its smooth now that they're broken in/skidded into a bit.

and still not even close to the mid part yet.

Here is something that is bugging me lately. Track racing on the velodrome nascar for bikes? I mean you are just going really fast around a banked oval track. sprints might be fun to watch but the hour? all we need is some beer companies to sponsor track riders and hicks would be all over it.

Learn how to track-stand on a 45degree bank would be HARD. Thats would be my greatest achievement on bikes...I am going to the sydney olympic velodrome.

Hey boys...I sold this really hot frame which i regret. If anyone who follows cycling they should know Giuseppe Saronni, who raced for colnago back in the days. Here is the track frame made by Colnga to honour him for his victory.

Shoot me now...I love this frame soo much but i was broke and the frame is too small for me anyways.
