Ordered originally as a personalised item from the Thom Browne SS13 show last year and received this week I have removed the personalised tag. This has left no defect on the shirt and the main Thom Browne label remains inside under the collar.

This season, the American designer explores all aspects of madras fabric. Here, Thom Browne’s classic button-down shirt has been produced from a colourful patchwork of madras fabric squares. A lightweight fabric, madras is ideally suited for summer.

The shirt features a button-down collar, a single patch-pocket on the chest in a contrasting red check fabric, and a signature Thom Browne brand patch on the lower left-hand side. There is also a slim hanging hook on the back of the neck.

Made in America from a 100% cotton lining – please machine wash cool.
