in high school, i used to be really bitter towards the concept of affirmative action. i used to think that the minorities were taking the spots away from the deserving students..however, throughout the years, my view of this has changed to 'unsure', and recently ive discovered that i am definitely a product of affirmative action due to the location and quality of my school. its funny how life works.
