I was wondering if anyone on here has had Lasik Eye surgery done and what you thought about it? I am fuckin sick of contacts and shit needs to be done.

My dad had it done and is supremely satisfied with the results. Now he only uses reading glasses when reading fine print and is super careful with sun (he's bought two pairs of sunglasses for every car...) After he got it done, his vision was a bit blurry for a while and night lights were pretty tough for him, too. But he was pretty much to 20/20, problem-free eyesight within a month or two.

But it may not be as good for younger folks because our focusing ability will still change. If your prescription hasn't changed for forever, then maybe. But I'm waiting until maybe my mid-20s.

I found a crazy old Brooks Brothers leather duffle bag at a garage sale. It's pretty decent condition except I just noticed today one of the rings for the shoulder strap is almost coming off. Its got a little ways to go but I'm looking to take it on a trip to Europe. Anyway I can fix this?
