Tulio, the 500 are similar to the 710, they both have tapered legs and fit slimmer than most other Sam models. I think the main diff is the 500s have a biggger top block and thighs.

My 32 710s no longer fit me and I donated my slightly too big 33 500s to my little bro. This contest needs to start ASAP so I can stop wearing my crappy gap jeans

So I got an answer from Yuichi:

He is willing to provide us with the pairs but he can't make it an official contest with his support or Samurai's support. I can't tell you on here.

I'm still in contact with him about a possible discount.

So everyone who's still interested may PM me about his/her size.

I'm also open to any new opinions about prizes and contest details!

It's probably way too early to find out if they are shrink to or from tagged size? I'm a 32 but would get a 33 if they are shrink from tagged.

an update from Yuichi!

Originally I have no plan to get S500JX-LR in my shop.

So I have to get pre-order of them.

Once I accept pre-order , I can't accept exchange and cancel , because

I can't return the jeans.

If you know each size of contestants , please let me know their size ,

also let me know their e-mail.

I will e-mail a paypal bill for deposit as 5,000 yen.

When I get S500JX-LR , I will e-mail a bill again for the lest.

I'm sorry I can't discount any more , I'll discount shipping charge at

40% as always.

Of course hemming with chain stitching is free.

So you have to decide ASAP if you are in or not as these jeans will be out between november and december and Yuichi doesn't know how many will be produced.

ok, you can also write me the length to which you want the pair hemmed to RAW. as we don't exactly now how much these shrink, it's your task to guess the right length

I'll add the choosen sizes in the first post so that everybody can see it and see who is in.

PS: please don't PM me about sizing as i really don't know (and so does Yuichi)
