I'm going to be a noob and say how confused I am on what this thing is with shipping from Japan. So what the hell is goinng on? All I got so far is that there's a rule or something against packages over 1lb coming into the US?

Can someone just sum up what the details are or what? Cause I don't want to wind up paying only to have my money refunded or a different pair of jeans sent to me.

its all countries basically except for canada mexico but it applies to packages routed through those countries.
