Can you tell us a little about the different Japanese brands, like what you think of them and what others think of them- which brand is the most popular, which one is the highest quality etc?

What do you think abotu Skull Jeans? They don't seem to fade as well as other brands, is that true?

if you like geniuine replica of vintage, you should choose warehouse,denime and sugarcane

etc.....

the reason is the price, so reasonable.

you know cane's 1947and1945,denime's 66model are very cheap!!

most of the people wearing jeans choose uniqlo and levi's i think.

Skull jeans is famous for that nice silhouette.

if you wanna get the replica of the vintage, i recommend you to get the warehouse's ones.

they create jeans very carefull and imitate in detail. but so expensive!

among the replica brand , we denimania recommend the person who just starts to wear

tha kind of jeans the cane's 1947 or denime's 66 model.

The vertical fading on the Eternal 811 is really good, at least on the pair I own.

I get comments on that from people that usually don't care about denim, it's nice.

Thanks for posting here. There are a lot of unanswered questions people had about your jeans.

The fabric on them is very nice, and the fit is not WW2 style - the rise is lower and its narrower cut in the seat and thighs.

For the initial soak, he says 2 hours in a bucket with water at 40 degrees and a weigh on top. Then a regular machine wash. He then puts his jeans 40 minutes in the dryer.

this is my way.

washing starch away, soaking 2 hours and washing without detergent.

to shrunk my denim to the maximum, after that what i wrote i put my jeans 40 minutes in the dryer.

Ahh, i see we have some convergent thinking going on. I did exactly that when i first got my canes, not on purpose.. I just was so confused with all the different opinions on the board... Cold soak 1 hour, Hot Soak for 1 hour, warm wash with no detergent, dryer until they weren't dripping wet and then wear them to set in the creases as they dry. It's been two months and they're looking pretty good, might wash them... dog got mud all over them + oyster juice + tabasco from drunken cinco de mayo madness

Ryu, the wrinkles in your jeans seem very pronounce right after you soaked them initially. Did you wear your jeans wet and let them dry on you. That is the process I use for all of my jeans.

but it's boot-cut one....

left-twilled tend to fade vertically and like a line !

and the flat head jeans is also like a eternal's.

ryu... have you ever worn vintage levis? from before the 1980s? they may not be the best jeans, but here you can find the orange tab levis for very cheap. there are many in thrift stores for less than 10$. no selvage usually, but very nice ringxring denim that fades beautifuly. if you are lucky you can find a dark pair that have not been washed too much, and sometimes you will find them with amazing fading.
