I've had a 24-70 2.8 attached to my camera for almost 2 years.

I've switched it out maybe 5 times.

I originally said the 24-70 was out of my price range but at this point I think my best bet is to save up more cash and invest in a used one.  Only have a t3i right now but once I invest in nice glass I'm going to get a full-frame body.

Had a fantastic day challenging myself to be interested in shooting around where I live, because architectural photography isn't quite the same when you compare the suburbs to Seattle. This lead to a lot more infrastructure detail/decay/nature shots.

I really like that 2nd and 3rd pictures Schoon. Just a suggestion on the 3rd, but try dodging the shadows or adding some contrast to make it pop a little.

Thanks for the crit doom,  I ended up getting lightroom and am figuring out how to use it.  I'll start attempting to edit my shots soon.
